Julie is a mature business woman with over 30 years successful business experience gained working largely within the financial services industry.  She began her career in banking within a training environment and has subsequently gained substantial experience in the areas of training, team development, communications, change management, underwriting as well as policy development, management and reporting of multi-billion pound lending portfolios for a leading International and Private Bank.
