John Sheridan is an experienced senior manager having 33 yrs successful management experience gained within the retail and service industry as Operations and General Manager to both blue chip and private companies with turnovers ranging from £5M - £17M. This incorporated a regional management sales force, a team of in house trainers and responsibility for over 650 staff and managers.
For the past 8 years John has been working within a Charity environment as Business Development Manager with Age Concern. The criteria was to introduce a professional business structure with a clear vision to cost control, strategic and growth planning. This involved the development of the Insurance and Charity Shop business, spearheading a comprehensive range of health and educational activities in the Boroughs for older people, and reviewing Income streams via Social Enterprise Business schemes and funding opportunities.
