YC Change Consultants Ltd is a consultancy AND coaching business and coaching is vital in organisations in the modern world.  We have qualified coaches who can work with you on an individual basis or work with teams to ensure high levels of motivation and improved performance.  Given the importance of coaching in organisations in reaching excellence we have dedicated individual pages to coaching on our website.

Consultancy work in relation to your people include working with your teams – this maybe teams developing a new vision, it may be dysfunctional teams, it may be new teams created to provide new services.  Whatever your scenario it is vital that you have effective teams, pulling together in the same direction. We can also work with you on a specific issue of managing conflict – or working with individuals and/or teams where harmonisation needs restoring.

We provide facilitators for any away days or any conferences you may hold where it is advantageous to you to use someone external to the organisation.  We can support you in maximising the effectiveness of time spent away from the office.
