SMART goals decided, it is necessary to put procedures into place to
measure the achievements made.
Staff have to
commit to a culture of continuous improvement and be prepared to submit
themselves for testing to find out whether they are achieving the
organisation’s goals. It won’t be possible to get them to do that until

Staff have to see that those at the very top of
the organisation are working to and being measured against the same
