Tim has 37 years experience within a range of Housing organisations.  In 2003 he became Chief Executive of Berneslai Homes [the Barnsley ALMO] and successfully led them through two housing inspections gaining two stars with promising prospects for improvement.  In 2006 Tim decided to become a Consultant / Interim Manager and in June 2006 became an Affiliate Housing Inspector with the Audit Commission.
