Tracy is a determined and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills who has been responsible for establishing and maintaining procurement best practice for over 8 years.  Beginning her career in the private sector enabled her to join the public sector with a fresh and innovative approach.  Putting extra time out of working hours ensured Tracy’s knowledge of public sector procurement evolved quickly.  Tracy has a proven track record of undertaking and managing successful procurement projects for a wide range of public sector organisations.  She has a degree in Business in Law and has MCIPS membership.
